This is a summary for English readers. If anything differs, the Korean version of the privacy policy prevails.

What we collect

Only through the inquiry form on this website. Required: inquiry type, company and name, email, message. Optional: phone number, budget or estimated scale.

Why we use it

To confirm and answer your inquiry, and to proceed with quotes and consultation.

How long we keep it

For one year after we finish handling your inquiry, then we delete it. If the inquiry leads to a transaction, contract, payment and tax records are kept for the period set by the relevant laws.

Service providers and transfers abroad

Your inquiry passes through Resend, Inc. (email sending, USA; data in the Tokyo region), Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting, security, visit statistics and email routing, USA) and Google LLC (Gmail storage, USA). Each provider's own privacy policy applies to its logs. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, email contact@withtnt.com directly; that email also passes through Cloudflare and Google.

Your rights

You may ask at contact@withtnt.com to access, correct or delete your data, to stop its processing, or to withdraw consent. We respond within 10 days after verifying your identity.

Safety measures

Access is limited to the minimum number of people needed, and the website and inquiry form use HTTPS.

Cookies

We do not install cookies or use advertising trackers. We only look at aggregate visit statistics, such as page views, referral sources and browser types, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or local storage and does not identify individuals.
